Nicropad industries Electrical Surface Heating Pads consist of flexible heating elements made of nichrome wire encased with fibreglass, quartz, Teflon or silicon extrusion for protection and insulation. These elements are evenly dispersed
on fibreglass or quartz cloth carriers custom-tailored to match the shape of the vessel or equipment requiring heating, including eyelets and laces for tight fits with no air gaps, ensuring maximum heating efficiency. Electrical Heating Pads connect directly to cold leads, which connect to a power source, with their opposite ends connected via insulation blankets to minimize heat loss and covered by Teflon or silicon-coated fibreglass cloth for waterproof and outdoor use.
